Who we are
Unity Bridge Apps builds AI-capable tools that help people grow spiritually. We belong to the same household as Day One Foundation — formed October 2021 in Louisiana as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
Much of the AI people meet in public feels dark, threatening, or spiritually empty. That feeling is honest. What the world needs is more positive, God-centered — spiritually centered — AI: work that helps people grow.
Unity Bridge exists to be a constructive presence in that gap. We build AI-capable apps for formation, hope, and ministry. We even the scales by adding good work to the world.
This is not a hype pitch. It is a ministry posture: warm, careful, and hopeful — ordinary craft in service of people's spiritual growth.
Significant profits from Habitus, and from Unity Bridge's other apps, support Day One Foundation — helping alcoholics and addicts get sober, stay sober, and rebuild their families. This is part of our ministry to lead people to Christ. It is not the whole story of Unity Bridge, and it is not a substitute for it.
Day One officially formed as a non-profit organization October 2021 in the state of Louisiana. The board currently consists of 7 voting members, all of whom share a passion for helping alcoholics and addicts recover from addiction.
We understand the value of living in today to stay sober. A foundation of fellowship, routine, and discipline is essential to long-term sobriety. We wish to nurture that culture starting here in Lafayette, Louisiana.
We want to make a lasting positive impact on our community. We wish to help individuals minimize and repair the damage done to themselves and their families through active addiction.
Addiction is a disease. There is a solution. People need access to it.
Our hope is to lessen the stigma and empower people to recover.
Addiction destroys our community and families. Louisiana's overdose rate is 37% above the national average in the US. Many people are trapped in the cycle with little hope of recovery.
However, many people do recover and are able to repair the damage done to themselves and their family. Day One Foundation's number one objective is to make the Lafayette recovery community stronger through our recovery clubhouse and outreach center — making recovery easier to access.
The Day One Club is home to 12-step and recovery groups. A membership-accessed recreation room, lounge, children's playroom, and computer lab.
924 Kaliste Saloom, Suite B, Lafayette, LA 70508. The clubhouse is open for meetings, fellowship, and community events throughout the week. Meeting space is offered for recovery-based groups such as AA, DAA, CODA, ACA, SA, SMART, and small groups.
